Shape Homes is an Australian greenfield homebuilder specializing in medium-density and detached housing. Backed by ID Corp – a $5 billion property group – and with over 1,500 homes delivered, the business has the track record of a well established builder. 

Entering a market where established builders had full display villages, Shape Homes launched its retail brand with nothing on the ground. To stay competitive, it needed to represent its product range digitally and convert homebuyers before a single home existed physically. 

THE SOLUTION 

Shape Homes partnered with Away Digital Home to configure both their flagship designs within the platform. Each home was built out in full to show every facade and elevation option, internal and external color schemes, structural upgrades including ceiling heights and kitchen configurations, and a curated upgrade stack with real-time pricing across every combination.
